ASH WEDNESDAY Wednesday 13th February 2013

English Masses: 9:05 a.m. & 6:30 p.m.

Vietnamese Mass: 7:30 p.m.

Distribution of Ashes

This is a universal day of fasting and of abstinence from meat.  The law of abstinence from meat binds those who are 14 and older; the law of fasting binds those from 18 to 59 years of age.  Parents and educators are reminded of their duty to introduce children gradually to the understanding and practice of penance.

Income Tax Receipts

Income Tax Receipts for the year 2012 have been prepared, for donations of $20 or more over the year, and are ready for pick up at the back of the church.  On request, tax receipts will be prepared for donations between $10 to $20.

We thank all those who make their sacrificial offering each week.  In particular we thank those who remember that church expenses don’t go away, and make up for missed offerings on the weekends when they are away.
