This year, our parish Knights of Columbus team of Sean McNulty and Angleo Favretto have volunteered to organize and run the 2017 Christmas Bazaar, but they can’t do it alone!

Important planning meeting for all volunteers: THURSDAY OCTOBER 26 2017 AT 7:00PM.

Please plan on attending this important preparation meeting! We need your help! Thank you in advance!

If you have lightly used or new items that you do not use in your home, please consider donating them to our Christmas Bazaar White elephant sale.

Please no clothing or shoes!

Please leave your donations at the bottom of the stairs to the basement, on the bench marked: WHITE ELEPHANT.

In preparation for the Advent and Christmas seasons, the Knights of Columbus will be selling poinsettias in a variety of colors and sizes. Orders will be taken until the middle of November and pickup will be the first weekend of December during the Christmas Bazaar.

Friends of the Street is a group in St. Margaret of Scotland Parish that prays for those who have been pushed to the margins of society through drug use of their lifestyle. Each month we hear from people who have lived on the street, or from those who support them downtown.

The next meeting is on Wednesday October 25th from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm in the parish hall at 2134 Avenue rd. Toronto. The speaker will Chimene who was featured in a recent Catholic Register column “The Church on the Street”. Chimene will talk of being on the street since her youth and her struggle to recover from drug addiction.
